Miruku Biru

Milk Stout

4.3% abv

Despite only having 4.3% abv, this milk stout has a pretty full body as lactose was added into the boil. This also gives it a sweet and smooth finish. The big variety of dark malts also give the beer a roasted coffee and chocolate aroma and taste. The recipe is based on the 2018 Hong Kong Annual Homebrew Competition Best in Show beer “Miruku Biru”.

雖然酒精濃度只有4.3%,這款牛奶世濤仍具有相當厚實的酒體,因為在煮沸時加入了乳糖。這同時賦予啤酒甜潤順滑的收尾。多種深色麥芽也帶來烘焙咖啡與巧克力的香氣與風味。此配方是以 2018 年香港年度自釀啤酒比賽「最佳總冠軍」作品〈Miruku Biru〉為基礎所調製。
